The 2005 International 7400, 4X4 truck has the DT466 motor, an Allison (New World style) Automatic transmission, and a Hot shift PTO. 6-Bale Truck Mounted EZ Ration Processor on An Army 6×6
A 6-bale EZ Ration Processor mounted on a 6×6 Army truck that looks to have been well maintained.
This is a 2020 model EZ Ration Processor with the newer round knife drums. It also has the bigger gearboxes on the floor drives. There is an air activated discharge hood and the truck looks to have low miles and hours, with nice big super singles on it. It is a 1990 BMY Harsco, M923A2 900 Series 5 Ton and they have some filters for the truck as well as new Knives for the EZ Ration Processor that will go with it.

6-Bale Tractor Pull EZ Ration Processor
This is a very clean older model 6-Bale Tractor Pull EZ Ration Processor that is priced right. On this EZ Ration Processor model we varied the floor speeds independently with the flow controls that are mounted on the front of the knife hood. The owner said they are fully functional and he has just put new knives on the knife drums. This unit has the old-style knife hood extension for stacking 3x4s if so desired. The owner purchased it a while back and then did not end up with the ranching property he thought he was going to get, so wanted to make it available for someone else. This customer is upgrading to one of our 6-bale Hydraulic Drive Computer Controlled Truck Mounted EZ Ration Processors, so this one will be available as soon as they are done feeding with it. The EZ Ration Processor looks to be in great shape and they have just put a new motor in the truck and they have all the new motor paperwork to go with it.
I am sure I don’t need to keep mentioning it, but I do still get asked if this one has the split floors that can be controlled individually to create different cost efficient, nutritionally balanced, roughage blends. The answer is yes, we have never built an EZ Ration Processor that doesn’t have the split floor controls and we never will. The split floors are a huge deal especially now with high hay prices. The patented ability to blend in some cheaper filler with higher quality hay, in any desired ratio, can significantly reduce feed cost, plus the cows usually do better. Better and cheaper is always a good combination.
This unit also has the grain attachment with the patented ability to adjust the auger speed independently which allows for even more options to create cost efficient rations. The blend can also be changed on the go for different classes of livestock. You can feed a growing lot ration to your weaned calves and replacement heifer and totally change it in the next pen or pasture for the running aged cows. You can even take feed sources out of the blend from one pen or pasture to the next.
This unit also has the 3-scale system that lets you weigh and keep track of how much of each feed source you are blending in. The left floor, right floor, and the grain attachment all have their own scale system and monitor.

This is one of our previous models. It is a Conventional Drive Four Bale EZ Ration Processors. It will have the 4 square knife drums. It has a Grain Attachment with an Air Activated Lid. 4 Bale Unit with a Grain Attachment
This is a really nice 4 Bale EZ Ration Processor with a Grain Attachment and nearly all the other available options. Such as: Air Activated Discharge Hood, The Independent Three Scale system, Air Activated Grain Lid, and Stake Pockets. The EZ Ration Processor would be 5 to 6 years old and like all EZ Ration Processor we have ever made, it has the ability to control the left floor chain separate from the right floor chain to blend different roughage in any desired ratio. The grain auger is also independently controlled to vary the amount of grain or cake dispensed. It is mounted on a 2000 International 4×4 truck with the DT466 motor and the MT643 Allison transmission. The customer bought it used and did some upgrading on the EZ Ration Processor and they said they also put right around $15,000 into the truck getting everything in great condition down to even any seal that was leaking or gauge fixed that needed it. They say the truck is in great working condition and is currently being used every day. However, this truck has the MT643 Allison transmission, which does not have the extra low creep gear in it. They feed primarily in bunks and would like to get a truck with a lower gear and they know now is the best time to sale a feed truck.
